Shimla located at an average altitude of 2,397 meters above from sea level. It is one of the most famous tourist attraction in India. Shimla boats lovely deodar forests and mountain views, combining the beauty of the majestic Himalayas with the sleepy charm of a hill town. Keeping the mind about the importance of the city , we have designed our package ‘Shimla Calling Tour’ which will give you the chance to explore the spectacular hills and stunning surrounding of the town along with her colonial charms and the enchanting mall road along with excursions to nearby the beautiful places such as Kufri, Naldhera, Mashobra and Chail.
Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi – Shimla
Arrive at Delhi you meet and greet by our representative. After welcome, Proceed to Shimla, by road. Shimla - the land of pine scented hills, beautiful peaks, crisp winter skies, fragrant cedar forests, romantic mists and golden hillsides. On arrival check into your hotel. Evening is free at your own, explore the nearby places on your own such as visiting the Mall, the Ridge and so on. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 2: Shimla Sightseeing
Post breakfast, proceed for half day sightseeing, the highlight of the sightseeing is Hadimba Devi Temple and the Tibetan Monastery before proceeding to Vashisht village, just outside Manali, across the river Beas, known for its hot Sulphur springs whose water is said to have curative properties and Manu temple. Evening is free at leisure or explore the nearby places at your own. Overnight in Manali.
Day 3: Shimla
After breakfast proceed for excursion to the places such as Mashobra, Crignano, Naldehra Golf Course and Tattapani, known for its hot water spring. Return to Shimla in the evening. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 4: Shimla - Kufri - Chail - Shimla(Excursion Tour)
After an early morning breakfast, leave for Kufri, a popular destination for skiing and other activities, located about 13 kilometers from Shimla. Kufri is a small hill town, it commands a panoramic view of the majestic Himalayas. It is a perfect holiday retreat where you can enjoy horse and yak riding. Adventure enthusiasts can trek up to Mahasu Peak.
Later, continue towards Chail, known as one of the major hill station in Himachal Pradesh, spread over three hills – Pandhawa, Rajgahrh and Siddh Tibba. Chail was built by Maharaja Bhupinder Singh of Patiala after the British banned him from Shimla. It is located at the height of 2,250 meters above the sea level. Back to Shimla in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 5: Shimla - Delhi
